Working closely with the Creative Director, the successful candidate will have a background in marketing and/or communications, experience managing and working across multiple client accounts, as well as an understanding of budgets and the operational requirements of a business. Experience in an agency environment is preferred.

A large part of this role will be supporting the Creative Director in managing client relationships and major client projects, including the assembly of project teams, ensuring all briefs are dispatched in the studio according to the team’s skills and strengths, effectively managing workflows and attainment of client objectives.

Account and client relationship management:
— Manage and prepare client contracts (new and ongoing clients)
— Manage and foster client relationships, planning and project deliverables
— Traffic management – ensuring briefs are dispatched & delivered to Kindred standards
— Project management inc. assembly of project team, client management and deliverables
— Hold/attend regular team meetings & compile studio schedules inc. project timelines
— Identify areas for improvements, offer solutions and monitor new processes
— Attend new business meetings inc. effective note taking and meeting summaries
— Monitor the business environment for new opportunities
— Ensure responses to briefs are delivered on time
— Build partnerships with complementary organisations inc. creatives, media, industry
— Respond to new business opportunities and develop new client proposals
— Oversee the development & implementation of Kindred marketing/PR activity
— Invoicing, payments, account follow up and client account setup (using Xero).
— Budget management including forecasting, invoice tracking and liaison with bookkeeper
— Ongoing monitoring of billable hours through online platform Monday
An opportunity exists for a talented and experienced graphic designer to take a senior role in our Albury based design studio.
You will have a minimum of 4 years experience in a studio or agency environment with a portfolio that demonstrates your capability and creativity.
Working closely with a small design team you are a self-starter and a collaborator who is equally comfortable taking the lead on brand and design projects of varying scales.
The successful candidate will be an ideas driven, problem solver with strong conceptual abilities and an unwavering eye for detail. An understanding of the branding process from strategy through to design systems and style guides is critical. You are adept at bringing original and thoughtful design solutions to life that adhere to client strategies and objectives.
